We do not make, and do not allow Squarespace to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When you buy a product from, we retain a digital copy of the order for accounting purposes. The information contained within the order (your name, delivery address, e-mail and contact number) is processed by us or the original maker of the item purchased dependent on our sales agreement. By placing an order, you are agreeing to this. This information is used by the makers for the sole purpose of processing and dispatching the order. They will not hold the information for any marketing purposes and will not share or trade these details with any other party.

The only time we or they may share your details is for the fulfilment of an order or transaction. For example, payments made through are processed via PayPal, Apple Pay or Stripe (BACS) so you might want to read their privacy statements also. Parcels are normally delivered by Royal Mail although we might use different providers depending on variable reasons and it will be necessary to share your details with these affiliates in order to complete the transaction successfully. By placing an order, you are agreeing to this. Please be assured that this information is treated as fully confidential and aside from this, or unless required by law, we never release your personal details to third parties for mailing, marketing or any other purpose.

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about stuff that we think might be interesting to you. We do not disclose e-mail lists with other organisations or businesses. You are only subscribed to the mailing list if you complete the form asking to be subscribed. You are not subscribed to the mailing list by placing an order.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around e-mail opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to newsletters whenever you fancy, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of the e-mails and MailChimp will automatically unsubscribe you.
